1-Firstly, use your own hands to wash your pads and do not use washing machines or any other machine to wash them. It will just create a mess and will increase your work.
2-While washing reusable sanitary pads first you need a lot of water to make sure the blood is completely washed out from the pad and then wrong it to check that the water runs clear.
3-After this use a washing soap which you generally use for other clothes and clean the pad thoroughly after this squeeze all the water from it and dry them up in sun or you can use any other method to dry them up but drying is an important process as using wet cloth or pad can be one of the reasons of vaginal infections and can cause trouble in near future.
So, always use clean and dry reusable sanitary pads for good vaginal health.
